Large organisations often use assessment centres as part of their recruitment process. These typically include group exercises, where candidates work together to solve a problem and demonstrate teamwork and communication skills.
So if you’re curious about what a real-life assessment centre is like, join StudyAdelaide for a Mock Assessment Centre Experience, designed to help international students and recent graduates practise the skills employers look for, in a supportive and safe environment.
You’ll work in a small group on a real-world scenario, collaborate to solve a problem, and present your ideas to a panel of employers. Just like in a real assessment centre, there’s no single “right” answer. What matters is how you work together, communicate your ideas, and manage your time. Demo soft skills
This is your chance to:
-
Experience a group assessment activity before a real recruitment process
-
Practise teamwork, communication, and problem solving
-
Build confidence presenting to employers
-
Receive insights into what employers actually look for
Whether you’re applying for internships or graduate roles, this session will help you feel more prepared and confident in future recruitment processes.
No prior experience required, just a willingness to participate and learn.
